Knowledge Exchange: SeekandHit & Web2Media Lead the First Employee Exchange in DALL Alliance

Back to article list

SeekandHit & Web2Media the first ones to conduct the Employee Exchange Program within the DALL Alliance!

In the business world, knowledge exchange is key to success. But how often do professionals get the chance to peek behind the scenes of another company and see firsthand how it operates? That’s exactly why the Employee Exchange Program was launched. An initiative that allows experts to visit partner companies and exchange experiences, business perspectives, and best practices. Last week, the first exchange was successfully completed between Seekandhit and Web2Media.

Pilot Project: Three Days at Denmark’s Web2Media

The first pilot project took place earlier this month when SeekandHit colleagues, Paula and Nikolina, team leads in the performance marketing department, along with Ivona, a senior performance marketer, visited Web2Media in Denmark. Over the course of three days, they participated in structured discussions, workshops, and business process analyses, gaining insights into different approaches they could apply in their own work.

What Did the Exchange Look Like?

Another cornerstone of our alliance is knowledge sharing. Our collaborative approach

The program was designed to make the most of participants’ time and ensure a meaningful exchange of knowledge.

The three-day exchange was structured to maximize learning and collaboration. On the first day, both teams focused on internal work organization and business challenges, comparing workflows to identify similarities and differences in their processes. The second day was dedicated to clients and projects, with discussions on methodologies, campaign management, and approaches to client collaboration. The final day was all about hands-on experience, as Ivona worked with Web2Media’s specialists to analyze Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok accounts, comparing strategies and exchanging best practices.

Key Insights and Impressions

This short but intensive exchange provided valuable insights into work organization and confirmed that, while both companies share a data-driven approach, operating in different markets comes with unique challenges and opportunities.

“It was incredibly useful to look at our processes from a different perspective, identify areas for improvement, and exchange knowledge with colleagues from another company. We would definitely love to repeat this format in the future and encourage other companies to explore similar initiatives,” shared Nikolina.

Three key takeaways

At Web2Media, the exchange was met with great enthusiasm. Anders Schultz, Head of Paid Ads & Intl. Growth, shared three key takeaways: deeper insights into local market dynamics, stronger cross-border collaboration in performance marketing, and new ideas for refining their international expansion strategy.

He emphasized that thriving on a global scale goes beyond marketing — it requires a deep understanding of local markets, consumer behavior, and an agile growth approach. With the right expertise and partnerships, businesses can build scalable strategies that drive success across borders.

What’s Next?

Participants agreed that this format—structured meetings combined with informal workplace discussions—proved to be highly effective. Three days seemed to be the optimal duration for gaining key insights, but they believe that longer exchanges, involving joint project work, could provide even deeper learning opportunities.

For future exchanges, the key takeaway is openness—honest sharing of challenges and solutions leads to deeper understanding and more concrete opportunities for improvement.
